UFC star Aiemann Zahabi and his brother, legendary coach Firas Zahabi, were involved in a post-fight altercation at a regional MMA event in Montreal on Friday night.

At Samourai MMA 20, Leo Bonin submitted Tristar Gym prospect Harda Karim with a rear-naked choke in the final minute of the third round. But the fighting didn't stop there.

Coach Firas Zahabi stormed the cage and confronted Bonin, going forehead to forehead with the victorious fighter before staff separated the pair. Commentating on the event was Aiemann, who left his cageside seat to enter the cage and attempted to start his own altercation with Bonin.

While security worked to keep Bonin and the Zahabis separated, a member of the fighter's team appeared to throw a punch or slap at another cornerman.

Bonin Claims Trash Talk Sparked Incident

In a post on social media after the win, Bonin suggested his pre-fight trash talk had sparked the engagement. He also claimed that Firas said, "I'll meet you and your dad in the parking lot," during the confrontation.

Zahabi Coming Off UFC Loss

Aiemann was knocked out by Sean O'Malley on the UFC Freedom 250 card in his last fight. That result ended his seven-fight winning streak and surge toward a potential title shot at 135 pounds.

It remains to be seen whether the commission that oversaw Friday's event will be taking any disciplinary action for the near-brawl.
