2.1 Information You Provide

2.3 Subscription and Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, payment is processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Stripe (for web subscriptions), depending on how you subscribe. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We may receive and store subscription-related information from these providers and our systems, such as:

  • Product or plan purchased;
  • Subscription status, renewal dates, and billing period;
  • Transaction or purchase identifiers;
  • Trial eligibility and entitlement status; and
  • Information needed to verify purchases, restore access, and provide premium features.

Mobile subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Web subscriptions, where available, may be billed through Stripe. The applicable platform or payment provider's terms and privacy practices also apply to those transactions.

We use subscription data to activate premium features, manage your plan, process upgrades or downgrades, and respond to billing-related support requests. Refund requests for mobile purchases must be made through Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to help us operate the Service. These providers may process personal information on our behalf only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on how you use the Service, providers may include:

  • Apple and Google — in-app purchase processing and subscription management;
  • Stripe — web subscription billing, where applicable;
  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and messaging;
  • Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics;
  • PostHog — product analytics;
  • Cloud hosting, email, and infrastructure providers; and

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise personal information such as your name, email address, and profile picture, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain records (for example, anonymised competition or leaderboard history, billing records required for compliance, or information needed to resolve disputes).

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;

Competitions and certain features may require users to meet minimum age requirements stated in the applicable competition or feature rules.
