3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the App you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@fightrealm.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time from within the App via Settings > Account > Delete Account. Upon requesting deletion:

• A 30-day grace period will apply during which you may cancel the deletion request;
• After 30 days, your personal information (including name, email address, and profile picture) will be permanently deleted from our systems;
• Your leaderboard scores and competition records will be retained in anonymised form (attributed to "Deleted User") to maintain the integrity of historical records; and
• Anonymised records cannot be reclaimed or linked back to you after deletion is complete.

Account deletion does not constitute a deactivation or suspension. If you wish to use Fight Realm again after deletion, you will need to create a new account and will not be able to recover any prior history.

5.1 Your Content

The App allows you to post photos, links, comments, posts, and create groups with associated images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it you grant Fight Realm Pty Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

5.2 Content Standards

All User Content must comply with the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Section 4. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.

5.3 Reporting Objectionable Content

If you encounter content that you believe violates this Agreement, you may report it using the in-app report function available on all posts, comments, and user profiles. We are committed to reviewing reports and taking appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or banning offending users, within 24 hours of a report being received.

5.4 Blocking Users

You may block any other user at any time using the block function available on their profile. Blocking a user will prevent them from interacting with your content and will filter their content from your experience. Fight Realm Pty Ltd is not liable for content you see before blocking a user.

6.1 Nature of Competitions

Fight Realm offers prediction-based competitions in which users earn points by predicting the outcomes of MMA matches ("Competitions"). Competitions are games of skill and do not involve any physical activity. No real-money wagering or gambling is involved.

6.2 Eligibility

To participate in Competitions and be eligible for prizes, you must:

• Be a registered user in good standing with an active account; and
• Comply with all Competition rules as published in the App at the time of the Competition.

Employees and contractors of Fight Realm Pty Ltd are permitted to participate in Competitions on the same terms as all other users. Fight Realm is a game of skill and informed prediction, and we are committed to the integrity of our competitive format. We reserve the right to verify your identity before awarding any prize. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6.3 Points and Leaderboards

Points are awarded based on the accuracy of your predictions in accordance with the scoring rules applicable to each Competition. Points have no monetary value outside the App except where a Competition expressly offers prizes to top-ranked users. Leaderboard standings are determined by accumulated points and are subject to the anonymisation provisions in Section 3.3 upon account deletion.

6.4 Prizes

Where a Competition offers prizes, the following terms apply:

• Prize details, including description, value, and any conditions, will be set out in the relevant Competition rules published in the App;
• Prizes may include cash, gift cards, or other items as specified in the Competition rules;
• Fight Realm Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable;
• Prize draws, where applicable, will be conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory prize competition laws, including any permit requirements;
• Winners will be notified via the App or by email within a reasonable time of the Competition closing; and
• Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 30 days of notification if the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond.

6.5 Competition Integrity

The use of publicly available information, statistics, AI-assisted analysis tools, research, or any other lawful means to inform your predictions is fully permitted. Fight Realm is a game of skill and we encourage informed participation.

However, you agree not to:

• Use automated bots or scripts to submit predictions or interact with the App in a manner not intended for human users;
• Collude with other users to artificially manipulate leaderboard standings; or
• Exploit any error, bug, or technical fault in the App to gain points or prizes unfairly.

Any user found to have breached Competition integrity may have their points and prizes forfeited and their account suspended or terminated.

6.6 Match Data and Results

Fight Realm Pty Ltd uses third-party data sources for MMA match results. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of match data. In the event of a discrepancy, Fight Realm Pty Ltd's determination of the official result for scoring purposes is final.

6.7 Tax

You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from prizes you receive. Fight Realm Pty Ltd does not provide tax advice and recommends you seek independent advice if required.

10.1 App Provided As Is

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fight Realm Pty Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where our liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, including (where permitted) limiting our liability to re-supplying the relevant service.

10.3 Third-Party Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any third-party content and your access to such content is at your own risk.
