He has shown the ability to recover after setbacks, maintain top control, and continue fighting effectively deep into bouts.

Elite champion gap

Nolan has repeatedly ended fights early with knockout power, including a Contender Series stoppage and multiple TKO wins.

Explosive Finishing

His background in rugby league, wrestling and jujutsu appears to have given him strong physicality and varied grappling foundations.

Well-Rounded Base

After losing his UFC debut, Nolan responded with consecutive wins, showing resilience and fast adjustment.

Bounce-Back Ability

Nolan was stopped in the first round of his UFC debut, showing he may still be vulnerable against elite aggression.

Early UFC Vulnerability

Limited grappling base

Losses to Marcos Rogério de Lima, Sergei Pavlovich and Alexander Volkov suggest he may struggle against varied elite heavyweight pressure.

Pressure resistance

His 82-inch reach and 6-foot-6 frame may help him control striking distance and create leverage from range.

Reach Advantage

He has recorded multiple knockout and technical knockout wins, showing the ability to end fights quickly.

Finishing Threat

A 0.7 career submission average and solid grappling threat suggest he can attack from multiple positions.

Submission Activity

His 45.0 percent striking defense and low defensive percentile suggest he may be hittable in exchanges.
