1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fight Realm website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Fight Realm Pty Ltd (ABN 95 681 108 127) ("Fight Realm", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Fight Realm mobile app, your use is also governed by our End User Licence Agreement (EULA). If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the EULA regarding use of the app, the EULA prevails for app-specific matters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws in your location.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may delete your account from your Profile settings in the app or by contacting info@fightrealm.com. Deleting your Fight Realm account does not automatically cancel an active App Store, Google Play, or web subscription. You must manage or cancel billing separately through the relevant platform.

4. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Additional subscription terms are set out in our EULA, which forms part of your agreement with us when you use the mobile app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes not:

• Posting unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Using bots, scripts, or automated means to manipulate competitions, leaderboards, or platform features except where expressly permitted;
• Interfering with the security or operation of the Service; or
• Using the Service in violation of applicable law.

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our EULA.

6. Competitions and Promotions

From time to time, Fight Realm runs prediction-based MMA competitions, promotions, and prize events ("Promotions"). Participation in a Promotion is subject to these Terms, the applicable Promotion rules published in the Service, and the Fight Realm MMA Tipping Guidelines where referenced.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant Promotion page:

• Promotions are games of skill and do not involve real-money wagering or gambling;
• Eligibility, entry requirements, start and end dates, and prize details are listed on the Promotion landing page;
• Participants must have a registered account in good standing and comply with published rules;
• Prize values are generally listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise;
• We may verify identity before awarding prizes and may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary;
• FR+ and FR++ prize bonuses (including any subscriber-only bonus points, multipliers, or enhanced prize tiers) apply only where your paid FR+ or FR++ subscription was active before the relevant event's scheduled start time. Subscriptions purchased, upgraded, or reactivated after an event has started are not eligible for that event's subscriber prize bonuses;
• We may retain anonymised competition records after account deletion to preserve historical leaderboard integrity; and
• Our determination of official match results for scoring purposes is final where third-party data discrepancies arise.

Specific Promotion terms may supplement or override general terms where clearly stated on the Promotion page.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and Fight Realm-created content, is owned by or licensed to Fight Realm Pty Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by us or applicable law.

8. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete accuracy of third-party sports data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fight Realm Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, the EULA, or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account as described in Section 3.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.
