Predicting UFC 332 Winners' Next Fights

Here is a look at what could be next for the biggest winners from UFC 332.

The latest trip of the Ultimate Fighting Championship to Salt Lake City, Utah, ended with a new champion being crowned in the women's flyweight division. Of the 14 fights, only three went to the judges' scorecards, making for an action-packed card. Saturday's event set the UFC record for first-round knockouts with nine.

Here is a look at what could be next for the biggest winners from UFC 332.

Natalia Silva vs. Alexa Grasso

In the main event, Silva (21-5-1, 9-0 UFC) outsmarted and outstruck Wang (10-2, 5-2 UFC) to capture the vacant UFC women's flyweight championship via unanimous decision. Thanks to her pressure and precision, Silva picked up 48-47, 48-47, 49-46 marks from the judges for her 15th straight victory, her ninth inside the Octagon.

With former divisional queen Valentina Shevchenko out for a while, the only fight that makes sense for Silva is against Grasso (18-5-1, 10-5-1 UFC). The Lobo Gym MMA standout looked strong against Manon Fiorot in their Noche UFC 4 contest, upending her opponent on all scorecards. The former divisional titleholder has the right to reclaim her throne.

Payton Talbott vs. Cory Sandhagen

Surging 135-pounder Talbott (12-1, 6-1 UFC) made it look easy against former two-time UFC flyweight champ Figueiredo (25-8-1, 14-8-1 UFC) in the event's co-headliner. The Dana White's Contender Series graduate punished "Deus da Guerra" with a thunderous right hand before pouring on a series of punches. The referee mercifully stopped the action at 2:09 of the opening stanza.

While Talbott asked for a fight with former 135-pound champ Sean O'Malley in the post-fight interview, he might need to overcome Sandhagen (18-7, 11-6 UFC) first. "Sandman" is looking for redemption following his defeat to Mario Bautista at UFC 329, and every time he steps into the cage, action follows. A matchup with Talbott should entertain the fans.

Esteban Ribovics vs. Manuel Torres

For as long as it lasted, the clash between Ribovics (17-3, 6-3 UFC) and King Green (36-18-1, 1 NC; 21-14-1, 1 NC UFC) was a wild one. While the Argentine fighter missed weight ahead of the event, he put his skills to work inside the Octagon and crushed Green with a combination of punches at 4:08 of Round 1.

Having finished 14 of his 17 wins and scored back-to-back victories, Ribo might want to crack the top 15 of the division once again. Fellow DWCS graduate Manuel Torres (17-4, 5-2 UFC) is on the edge of the 155-pound rankings and might want to secure his position, especially after his loss to Rafael Fiziev in June.
